1. Who we are

Recalbox is published by Recalbox. Questions about your data and requests to exercise your rights are sent to legal@recalbox.com.

Recalbox runs on your own hardware. Your games, saves and settings, and the accounts you link to it, stay on that device.

What Recalbox Online shows publicly — your nickname, your scores, your results and the matches you play — is described in its terms of use.

Recalbox TV can show your YouTube account on your TV once you link it.

What we access. With your permission, given on Google's own page, Recalbox reads your YouTube data in read-only mode: your channel's name and picture, your subscriptions, your playlists, your liked videos, the public videos and playlists of channels, and the results of the searches you type. Recalbox never posts, likes, subscribes or changes anything on your account.
How we use it. Only to show these lists on your TV and to play the videos you choose, with the official YouTube player.
Where it is kept. On your Recalbox only: the access granted by Google, and the title, picture and resume position of the videos you started. Nothing from your YouTube account is sent to Recalbox's servers, shared with anyone, sold, or used for advertising.
Removing it. Unlinking YouTube in Recalbox TV deletes this access from your Recalbox. You can also revoke Recalbox's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Recalbox TV uses YouTube API Services. By linking your account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to the data Google holds.
