A RecalTower floor
Insert a card, the game starts.
The Card Reader sits on top of your RecalTower and launches the game you gave to each RecalCard, with no menu to browse. The gesture of the cartridge consoles, back on your Recalbox.
How it works
Pick a card, insert it, play.
Program your cards
RecalCards arrive blank. In the Recalbox menu, tell your Recalbox which game each card launches.
Insert it, play
Turn on your Recalbox and insert the card of the game you want: it starts by itself.
Pull it out, back to the menu
Remove the card during a game to come straight back to the Recalbox menu.
Straight into the game
A card inserted at power-on boots right into its game, without the startup screen. You can turn that off.
No software setup
The Card Reader is ready to use, with no software configuration.
Any RecalTower
It fits your RecalTower whether or not it holds an RGB Dual 2, and can wear the colours of your favourite console.
RecalCard Gen
Design your own labels.
RecalCard Gen imports your own images and makes a PDF in the right format for RecalCards: print it, stick the labels on your cards. Official artworks, your own creations, tributes to your favourite games: it is up to you.
For patrons
Collector RecalCards, every two months.
Level 2 patrons receive one collector RecalCard every two months, level 3 patrons three: tributes to iconic retrogaming games, with golden connectors and labels drawn by the Recalbox team.
On the shop
The Card Reader and 10 blank RecalCards.
As an add-on to put on your RecalTower, or as an option in a customisable Recalbox kit, together with the RGB Dual 2 if you like.

The software is free
Install Recalbox: the Card Reader works out of the box.
Recalbox is free and open source. Install it on your SD card, and the hardware is recognised by itself.
